The Wake Up – A Bible Study for Middle Schoolers | Sundays at 10a

A Weekly Gathering for Middle & High School Students...

We’re excited to announce that Wake is expanding into two separate gatherings — one for Middle School and one for High School students!

Over the past few years, we’ve seen the Lord grow Wake in incredible ways. With that growth, we want to continue engaging our students in a way that’s relevant to where they are in life. This shift will allow us to better connect with both middle and high schoolers, creating space for deeper relationships, relevant teaching, and meaningful community.

Both groups will meet weekly –

Wake Middle School | Wednesdays | 7:00–8:30p

Wake High School | Sundays | 7:00–9:00p

Click on the calendar button below to learn more about Gathering dates. There will also be a few special weeks throughout the year when all of Wake will gather together, which are marked on the calendar.

What does “Wake” mean? In scripture we see the word “wake” used in connection with resurrection (Ephesians 5:14) and how Jesus brings us from death to life. “Wake” in the nautical definition is defined as “the result or consequence of something having moved through”. We desire for our student ministry to make an impact on our community by how we live, and that would leave a wake behind us that points others to faith in Jesus.
