Position: Graphic Designer
Reports to: Communications Director and Creative Director
Status: Contract
The Graphic Designer will be a passionate, mission-minded individual who deeply understands how creating campaigns through graphics enhances the overall experience for each person who walks through the door at Lifebridge Church. This person is expected to work with the Communications Director on timelines and graphics needed as well as with the Creative Director for the look and feel needed to create and design campaigns for all of our Lifebridge ministries and events.
About This Job:
• This is a contract position and requires on site work
• Designer must be comfortable working and designing in systems such as Adobe Creative Suite as well as Figma
• Experienced in creating full graphic campaigns from concept to final delivery in all formats required
• Designer must be able to design for print including working directly with our printer along with knowledge of file types and sizes needed to send directly for print
• Create and continue to update a style guide for the church as well as each individual ministry
• Graphic Designer is responsible for all file management and organization of graphics and logos and feel comfortable using Dropbox
• Hours for this position are flexible, but requires a highly organized person who has attention to detail and can meet schedule and budget constraints
• Perform other ministry functions and additional responsibilities as assigned
Skills Needed:
• Ability to design and execute cutting edge graphics from concept to detailed buildouts and print for overall church collections, campaigns and events, as well as collections, campaigns and events for all church ministries
• Experience in creative story telling through graphics
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign along with Figma.
• Ability to organize graphics and oversee storage solutions using Dropbox

You Will:
• Be an integral part of the Creative Arts Team by creating next level graphics to keep our church at the forefront of design
• Work well with others and have no problem taking direction from the Creative Director and Communications Director
• Attend creative arts team meetings and others as required
• Keep leadership informed on project status as well as keeping track of progress through project tracking software such as Asana or Monday
• Work on multiple projects at once, adhering to tight deadlines
• Be passionate about Jesus and Lifebridge Church, representing both with excellence on and off the job
Additional Information:
• Proven experience in graphic design as well as references and a portfolio is required to apply for this position
