Position: Office Manager/Assistant Executive Pastor of Operations
Reports to: Executive Pastor of Operations
Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Position Summary:
The Office Manager/Assistant will work with the Executive Pastor of Operations and other staff members to support achievement of Lifebridge Church’s ministry goals. This position will be expected to provide administrative support, event management, project management and support to the Executive Pastor of Operations and staff of Lifebridge Church to ensure successful day to day operations of the ministry efforts at Lifebridge Church.
Essential Job Functions:
• Support Executive Pastor of Operations in all office and ministerial aspects
• Manage and support daily office tasks
• Serve as liaison between Lifebridge Church’s staff and its’ members
• Manage day to day efficiency of the overall office atmosphere
• Attend staff meetings, as well as other meetings as assigned
Job Responsibilities
Assistant to the Executive Pastor:
• Assist in the organization and support of Church Wide Events
• Schedule and attend meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain calendar planning
• Assist with proofing and editing of documents for communication via mail or email
• Manage Pastor’s expense reports and credit card reconciliation
• Assist with receipt management to accurately report expenses to Finance Manager
• Schedule meetings with various department heads as needed or requested
• Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
Office Manager:
• Oversees coverage of phones, doors, mail, deliveries and vendor appointments
• Answer and screen incoming calls when needed; set up conference calls, facilitate outgoing correspondence and maintain written correspondence as assigned
• Monitor and respond to communication for general church email account, as well as contact from the website
• Manage contract of copier/printer, including ordering toner and reporting
• Handle miscellaneous tasks including copying, ordering office supplies, postage account and other administrative duties as assigned
• Maintain and update all databases and mailing lists required to meet ministry needs
• Order and stock ministry supplies; Bibles, communion, etc.

• Excellent typing and computer skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite, MAC Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.

• Ability to take good notes and follow through with multiple tasks at once
• Commitment to quality work product; attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Position: CREWS Assistant
Reports to: CREWS Director & Executive Assistant
Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt
Position Summary:
This position offers support by giving direct administrative resourcing to the Lifebridge Small groups ministry (CREWS). A heavily logistical position, the Crews Assistant will engage with church members who wish to be in, start, or lead a Crew. Along with resourcing Crews, this position will be responsible for handling all logistics as it relates to the Lifebridge Crews ministry.
