Position: Discipleship Pastor
Reports to: Executive Pastor – Operations and Ministries
Status: Full Time, Exempt

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Discipleship Pastor to help people take their next step in faith by building a
clear and intentional discipleship pathway at Lifebridge.

This role is focused on:

• Creating a clear path for spiritual growth, helping people move from first-time guests to fully engaged disciples.
• Leading and developing Crews (Small Groups) to cultivate authentic relationships and deeper faith.
• Overseeing Men’s and Women’s Ministries, equipping leaders and fostering community.
• Collaborating with ministries across the church to strengthen discipleship at every level.
